Saumon en papillote




Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes

Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 4 fresh salmon steaks
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 20 Paris mushrooms fresh
- garlic
- 4 sprigs of dill
- Olive oil
- lemon
- Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation of the recipe:

Material: - 4 large sheets of aluminum foil

- Lots of love

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Slice the mushrooms.

Set in the center of each sheet the salmon fillet, add the tomatoes and mushrooms around.

Y put a sprig of dill, a pressed hint of garlic, a dash of lemon juice. Pepper, salt and finish with a little olive oil.

Close the papillote and bake for 25 to 30 min (gas mark 6/180 ° C).

remarks:
Serve these twists with garlic potato gratin, or just with basmati rice.
