Hummus






What You'll Need


  • tow cloves garlic, halved
  • one tablespoon olive oil
  • one pinch paprika
  • one teaspoon minced fresh parsley
  • tow cups canned garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • one teaspoon salt

How to Make It


  1. Place the garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, salt and garlic in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the garbanzo bean mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
