Grilled Bruschetta Chicken






What You'll Need


  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato and Oregano Dressing, divided
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

How to Make It


  1. Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Cover half the barbecue grate with large sheet of heavy-duty foil. Meanwhile, place chicken in shallow dish. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp. dressing. Refrigerate 10 min.
  3. Place chicken on uncovered side of barbecue grate; grill 6 min. Meanwhile, combine remaining dressing, tomatoes, cheese and basil.
  4. Turn chicken over; place on foil-covered grate. Top with tomato mixture. Grill 8 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF).
