What You'll Need
- foor (6 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- one tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- one tablespoon honey
- one teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
How to Make It
- Whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, honey, and red pepper flakes in a bowl, and pour into a resealable plastic bag.
- Add the chicken, coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, and shake off excess.
- Discard the remaining marinade.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook the chicken breasts until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 6 to 8 minutes per side.
- An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
- Top with cilantro and serve.
