Recipe chocolate fondant
200g dark chocolate
6 eggs
150g ricotta
6càs cream
Almond powder 80g
Sugar 150 g
2 tbsp flour

With this recipe you are sure to succeed in your chocolate fondant!
Preparation of chocolate cake:
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Melt chocolate with cream MO or bath.
Mix with the ricotta, then with the egg yolks, flour and finally the almond powder.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and add the sugar while continuing rain beating.
Fold this mixture to the chocolate batter.
Pour into a silicone mold if possible, otherwise lubricated.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
Turn out and let cool before serving.
