Title: Chocolate Fondant Noisettes


Ingredients:
120g dark chocolate
100g of butter
100g icing sugar
80g hazelnuts
30g flour
1 tbsp vanilla extract
5g of yeast
3 eggs
Ganache:
50g full cream
Milk Chocolate 80g



Preparation:
1 - Preheat oven to 180 ° C, to prepare a silicone mold or a mold lined with parchment paper
2 - Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave
3 - Whisk the egg yolks, vanilla extract and icing sugar until the mixture whitens.
4 - Add the flour with the yeast, nuts and chocolate mix melted butter
5 - Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and add to the mix

6 - Pour the batter into the pan and bake 20 to 25 minutes

7 - Prepare the ganache by heating the cream and milk chocolate
8 - Once unmolded cake pour the ganache over
