Yummy Hummus






What You'll Need


  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • juice of 2-3 lemons (about 3 tablespoons)
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • one tablespoon ground cumin
  • tow cups chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • three tablespoons olive oil

How to Make It


  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor (or blender) and process until very smooth.
  2. Refrigerate in an air-tight container for 7-10 days.
