What You'll Need
- tow ripe organic avocados
- ½ banana, lightly mashed
- one lime, zested and juice
- one tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- salt ,pepper
- tow tablespoons tomato, finely diced
- tow tablespoons red onion, minced
- tow tablespoons sliced almonds
- tow tablespoons red pepper, finely diced
- tortilla chips, to serve
How to Make It
- Scoop the avocado flesh into a medium bowl, and use a large fork to mash until almost smooth (we like a few chunks left in there).
- Fold in mashed banana, diced tomato, red onion, red pepper, and almond slices, and stir to combine.
- Add the lime zest and juice, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
