Peach Cobbler






What You'll Need


  • one cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • tow teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • one teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • one (29 ounce) can sliced canned peaches, drained
  • one teaspoon ground cinnamon

How to Make It


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, white sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla.
  3. Pour milk into dry ingredients, and then stir in melted margarine.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared baking pan.
  6. Arrange peaches on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  7. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
