Title: Brownie Cheescake

Ingredients:
The Brownie:
Chocolate 100g
2 eggs
Sugar 60g
50g butter
30g flour

The cheesecake
250g ricotta
1 egg
40g sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar

Preparation:
1 - Start by preparing the brownie, beat eggs with sugar, then add the flour
2 - Made melt the chocolate with the butter, then stir into flour mixture eggs
3 - Prepare eventually the result the cheesecake whisking ricotta cheese with egg, sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture becomes homogeneous
4 - Prepare a cake pan (20cm / 20cm), pour half of the brownie mixture, then pour over the cheesecake preparation and finally end with the rest of the brownie.
5 - Using a knife, form a vortex in the entire mold
6 - Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for 20 minutes. Cool completely before removing from pan and place in the fridge until tasting.
