Title: Cake with caramelized pineapple

Ingredients:

150g of butter
Sugar 150 g
150g of flour
3 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 sliced ​​pineapple
1 sachet of vanilla sugar

For the caramel:
100g of sugar
30g water

Preparation:

1 - Start preparing the implementation of the caramel in a saucepan, bring the sugar and water, bring to boil, stirring occasionally until a golden brown caramel

2 - Pour the caramel in the bottom of a silicone mold, and placing over the pineapple rings


3 - In a bowl, whisk the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until a cream, add the eggs one by one while continuing to whisk

4 - Finally Add the baking powder and flour

5 - Pour the batter over the pineapple and cook for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °

6 - Turn at the exit from the oven and enjoy warm or cold.
